Description
This book is offered to human resource practitioners both in the private and public sector and to teachers of human resource management in the hope that it will help our organizations and students understand the complexity in the management of people issues in organizations and identify how to surmount the challenges with a view to improving performance of organizations. In writing this book, it is my belief that the grey issues in the field of human resource management will be well articulated as this book aims at laying a firm foundation on the theories, practices and contextual issues that are relevant to the aspiring and practicing Human Resource practitioners either in the business environment or in Not for Profit making organizations that are handling people issues.
