Eustard R. Tibategeza is a professional teacher who has taught English and communication skills in secondary schools, teachers’ colleges, and higher learning institutions. He has a wide experience with students’ challenges regarding English as a medium of instruction and communication skills. He has a PhD in Linguistics from University of the Free State (South Africa), a Master of Arts in Linguistics, a Bachelor of Education from the University of Dar es Salaam, and a Diploma in Education from Korogwe Teachers’ College. He is currently a Senior Lecturer in the Department of Languages and Linguistics at St Augustine University of Tanzania and a Research Fellow in the Department of African Languages at University of the Free State.
