Prof. Ronald K. Chepkilot is currently serving at Kabarak University as the Deputy Vice-Chancellor (Administration and Finance). He has over Twenty Six (26) years working experience in public and private universities in senior administrative and teaching positions. He has also served in Central Government as an Administrative Officer. He is currently an Associate Professor of Human Resource Management at Kabarak University. He holds a Doctorate Degree in Human Resource Management from Nelson Mandela University, South Africa, a Masters Degree in Training and Development from University of Manchester and Bachelor of Arts Degree from the University of Nairobi. He also holds a Certificate in Management of Higher Education Institutions from Galilee International Management Institute in Israel. He has published Thirty Two (32) articles in refereed journals and three (3) books in Human Resource Management. His main area of research is in employee performance management. He served as the Chairman of Institute of Human Resource Management (IHRM), Nakuru Chapter, for two years between 2014 and 2016. He was appointed to serve as a Member of the Institute of Human Resource Examination Board with effect from April 2016 for a period of three (3) Years. Prof Chepkilot has been a member of the Institute of Human Resource Management since 2009.
