Description
This book is offered to management professionals in private and public domain including the teaching profession at institutions of higher learning. I believe that it will help our growing organizations understand cultural dimensions that drive organizations to success. The book also highlights the professional issues in terms of surmounting challenges in a view of improving performance at organizations. In writing this book, the perception is that the professional world in the strategic field will be well-articulated through a firm foundation of theories and practical work experience derived from the empirical studies extensively covered.
The relevance of this book spreads beyond normal strategic management issues and covers both professional management in other fields including cultural evaluations as well as professional strategy implementation. Organizations that are both for profit-making and non-profit-making are also well-covered through the context of the book arrangement. This book incorporates cultural dimensions in professional environment for implementation of strategic plans through a comprehensive examination of all the key aspects of strategy and cultural dimension in a professional environment.
It is therefore clear that the book sets ground for exploration on matters concerning organizational cultural dimensions with a strong push for understanding how professional bodies have continued to perform while being cognizant that some other organizations fail not because of competition but because of the mode of cultural dimension undertaken.
