This is a very personal story. It is the story of one man’s life and ambition. It is about the family and childhood that shaped his dreams, the career experiences that sharpened those dreams, and the struggle to fulfill them. It is the story of an honest and God-fearing man. Giving, touching other people’s lives, expanding the circle of his concerns to include others, and being authentic would describe Peter best. For my part, this autobiography has helped me understand some of what came before my own struggle with life. Peter L.B. Kubebea owns Farmview Hotel based in Busia County in Matayos Sub-County along Kisumu – Busia Road. He was born and grew up in Busia. He went to Butula High School for ‘O’ level education, St. Mary’s Yala for “A” level and Dar-es-Salaam University for an undergraduate degree. Peter has worked in the private sector and the Kenyan government. He has participated in and contributed to many community development projects. He majors in uplifting the youths and in charity work all over Kenya. His charity work has uplifted many people in Kenya, especially those close to him, during times of need.
