Dr. Rael Jeruto Mandago (Phd) is a Senior Lecturer at Koitaleel Samoei University College, a Constituent College of the University of Nairobi. She holds a Phd in Human Resource Management and a Master of Science in Human Resource Management from Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture and Technology, as well as a Higher Diploma in Human Resource Management, a Diploma in Counselling Psychology, and a Bachelor’s degree in Education (Arts) from the University of Nairobi. With over 13 years of experience in academia and industry, Dr. Mandago has held various academic, administrative, and leadership positions at the university, including coordinator for postgraduate studies, programme leader, and member of the university senate. She has published in peer-reviewed journals, participated in numerous international conferences, and is an experienced public speaker who has delivered keynote addresses. Dr. Mandago has supervised Master’s and PhD students, contributing to various CSR and community service projects as a member of the board of several academic institutions. She has attended and received certification for exceptional performance in the senior management course offered by the Kenya School of Government. Dr. Mandago is an active member of the Institute of Human Resource Management.
