Ultimately, the book presents short case studies which takes readers through practical exercises in management environment that will allow them to experience an application – to do something – solve quality management issues as they affect operations.

Dr. Patrick Gudda is a Senior Lecturer in Entrepreneurship & Project Management at Maasai Mara University. Dr. Gudda’s experience spans over 25 years in industry and academia. He is the author of A Guide to Project Monitoring and Evaluation. Dr. Gudda provides consulting and training services in Business Development, Project Monitoring & Evaluation and Quality Improvement Programs. He holds a B.Ed. (CUEA), MPhil (Entrepreneurship-Moi), D.Phil (Entrepreneurship-JKUAT). Dr. Gudda is a member of the International Council for Small Business and a UNDP certified Enterprise Development Agent.
