The importance of legislators as lawmakers cannot be gainsaid. The book takes us into the world of South Sudan legislators, their cultural and historical backgrounds for insights into the all-time vital topic of values and motivational leadership.

Stephen Mbogo is African Enterprise’ International Team Leader since January 1, 2013, following Michael Cassidy and Stephen Lungu. He is passionate about leadership values of integrity, dedication and excellence and endeavors to cultivate the godly values in all cadres of leadership, including political leadership and governance, in Africa. Stephen has had a passion for Africa’s transformation through sound governance principles that take into perspective Africa’s diverse cultures and the application of biblical principles, since he was a young man. This unquenchable longing led him to join African Enterprise in Kenya in 1992, where he served for two years as Youth Coordinator, followed by six years as the AE Missions Coordinator. In 2000, he was appointed Team Leader of AE Kenya, serving in that position until 2008 when he moved to Southern California where he earned a Ph.D. in Intercultural Studies at Biola University in 2013. This supplemented his Bachelor of Business Administration from Daystar University in Nairobi, Kenya, as well as his Master in Christian Ministries from Nairobi International School of Theology (currently called International Leadership University). Stephen leads AE’s global ministry from Nairobi, Kenya. He is married to Rosemary and they have two children. He is an adjuct lecturer at Biola University.
